Clinical supervision and consultation: Based on the work/project, I’m flexible while also being incredibly mindful of any health/safety, access needs, etc. In regards to clinical supervision, we will adhere to what is allowed by the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences. Let’s talk more about this if you have a preference of in-person versus virtual services.
Therapy: at this time, I'm only offering virtual therapy services (for anyone in the state of California).
Si! Español es mi primer idioma. Nacida en una familia de inmigrantes Mexicanos, el Español/Spanglish es mi idioma de amor y conexión. Por favor comuníquese conmigo si tiene preguntas.
Consultation: My rates are hourly or project-based. Prior to engaging in our work together, we will create an agreement that outlines the process and fees. I can provide exact rates during our initial consultation.
Individual Supervision: My rate for individual clinical supervision is $175/hour. I have some lower fee slots available. Triadic or Group Supervision fee will be based on type of group, setting, and # of participants.
There is no charge for the initial 15 minute phone/virtual consultation.
I value you, your work, and your time therefore I do my best to accommodate for a range of budgets. I value my time, wisdom, and passion that fuels my commitment to serving in this capacity.

I do my best to accommodate a range of budgets, and provide lower fee options, prioritizing Queer Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. Great question! Please see below for a brief description of each.
Clinical Supervision is a time-limited formal relationship between a licensed clinician and an pre-licensed clinician, with the purpose of facilitating the learning and development of the pre-licensed clinician as they begin their career in the mental health field. The requirements for clinical supervision is regulated by the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Guidance for Clinical Supervisors and other experienced mental health professionals, is a specific time-limited support space where clear objectives are co-created, focused on enhancing one's current work in some way - either by clinical consultation, technical assistance or exploring areas of professional expansion. This may include project-based work in which I'm supporting with the development of tools or infrastructure.
Therapy, while also a professional relationship, involves a deeper reflection on one's more personal and intimate details of their lives. As a therapist, I would encourage much more reflection into one's history, relationships, and other dynamics. This type of support may or may not be time limited.
I work from an insight-oriented and relational practice across all my work. In providing consultation and supervision, I consistently encourage providers to reflect on Self in relation to their work. For non-therapy services, we will discuss a very clear boundary between professional guidance and therapy.
